SPECIAL INCENTIVES

AMERICAN LUMBER offers several products that can be shipped direct to your yard or even direct to a job site.  Some products are tied directly to market fluctions and some a based on specified cost.

We offer direct loads of BOISE I-joist and LVL's shipped either full truckloads from American Lumbers yard to yours or mill direct.  See the products page for a complete listing of our stocking I-joist lengths.

American Lumber offer James Hardie and Cemplank fiber cement siding shipped either full truckloads from American Lumber or mill direct.  Mill direct loads typically have a 17-21 day lead time.  Pricing is typically specified from the manufacture cost.  Typical loads have 10 units of product on them.

We also offer full truckloads of 3/4" Advantech flooring on a contract basis or market based shipped from our warehouse.  A typical truckload consist of 13 units of 45 pieces per unit.

American Lumber can be your source for 7/16" OSB.  It can be shipped based on Market prices out of our warehouse or as a weekly or monthly contract load at a fixed margin.  Typical loads of LP OSB full loads consist of 14 units at 68 pieces per unit.  Norbord OSB full loads consist of 12 units at 80 pieces per unit.

We also offer several other products such as Southern Yellow Pine, Western SPF studs, 2x4's, or 2x6's that can be shipped in full truck load quantities or mill direct to provide you with the most competitive prices in the market place.
